Persepolis, a magnificent site dating 500BC. There, Dariouche I built a somptuous palace that will only be for about 2 centuries, when Alexander the Great conquered these parts of the world. Covered and protected by sand for many centuries after that, it is still in amazing condition.

La, Dariouche construisit un palais somptueux, qui ne sera palais que pendant 2 siecles, jusqu'a la conquete de cette region par Alexandre le Grand. Enseveli et protege par le sable pendant des siecles, les batiments sont encore incroyablement bien conserves.
